JOB SUMMARY
This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee and mentor lower-level analysts in providing health system quality analytics for senior management, while demonstrating subject matter expertise for multiple data systems. The candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of analysts in the collection, validation, and interpretation of complex healthcare data to ensure accuracy and actionable insights. This position has a focus on the Texas Incentives for Physician and Professional Services (TIPPS) program as well as other healthcare quality and performance reporting needs. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in healthcare analytics and program reporting. The candidate must understand and be able to define business rules and create meaningful data visualizations to drive process improvement. Additionally, the candidate would have proven leadership skills to mentor peers, prioritize competing demands and manage deliverables to ensure high-quality work and drive process improvement that supports organizational excellence. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams – including operations and clinical leadership- to transform data into meaningful insights that support stakeholder decisions and improved patient outcomes.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science or other quantitative fields of study
5 years Analytics and project experience in data querying, statistical programming and data visualization using tools such as SAS, SQL, R, Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS. and
3 years Experience supporting analytics efforts for performance improvement projects or certification in LEAN / Six Sigma Green Belt or Certification as a Project Management Professional
Preferred
Master's Degree In Business Administration, Public Health, Computer Science, Health Administration or other quantitative fields of study
Greater than 1 year prior health care industry experience
