Hourly Rate : $23.00

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • The CRC Coordinator is responsible for maintaining order in the CRC and ensure the safety of all customers utilizing CRC service.
  • Provide excellent, prompt, and staff assisted customer service to all center customers; provide each customer with a warm greeting when they enter the CRC and offer to debrief as customers are leaving the CRC.
  • Assist first time customers with their on-line PA CareerLink registration.
  • Actively monitor the progress of customer's while using the CRC, answer customer questions, help customers use the available tools effectively for the best results, and recommend specific, computer-based applications to meet customer goals.
  • Maintain daily participation logs and forward to the Universal Services Team Lead
  • Inform customers who request and exhibit the need for more services of available workshops and other resources, including the Welcome to PA CareerLink workshops, myPlace, and the benefits of WIOA registration.
  • Maintain CRC in organized and clean manner and inform Universal Services Team Lead when CRC documents need to be refilled or equipment needs to be repaired.
  • Qualifications :

  • Associate Degree in human services field or minimum of three years of work experience in a related field.
  • Past experience working with the targeted population. .
  • Good conversation skills, genial personality; excellent customer services skills. Patience and ability to actively listen, resolve customer concerns, and de-escalate emotional customers or confrontational situations.
  • Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.

  • About Our Workforce Programs :

    Eckerd Connects provides Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services through contracts with the U.S. Department of Labor and local workforce boards, partnerships, and strategies to provide and create a career pathway for youth, adults, and dislocated workers. Training services include occupational skills training, customized training, on-the-job training, incumbent worker training, and transitional employment opportunities. We provide youth with development, academic instruction, career & technical education, and access to the 14 WIOA Youth Elements. We establish and develop relationships and networks with large and small employers and their intermediaries as well as develop, convene, or implement industry or sector partnerships.
