Front Desk / Customer Service Representative

Grads Photography is dedicated to delivering exceptional professional service to our valued guests promptly. We are seeking enthusiastic team players with adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for learning.

Our studio specializes in portrait sessions for Seniors and Families. We are in search of qualified candidates to serve as the primary point of contact for our guests upon their arrival at our studio. As a member of our team, you will warmly welcome and assist guests, coordinate front-desk activities, and guide guests through their appointments. Additionally, you will manage appointment scheduling, handle customer inquiries via phone and email, and oversee the processing and packaging of customer orders, among other responsibilities.

The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring a positive guest experience at the front desk and executing all administrative tasks to the highest standards of quality.

Our studio operates during the following hours :

• Monday : 12 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 pm.
• Tuesdays & Fridays : 12 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 pm.
• Wednesdays and Thursdays : 12 : 00 pm - 9 : 00 pm.
• Saturdays : 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm.  We require Saturday availability, as it is our busiest day of the week.
• (Operating hours vary as bookings require)

This position is seasonal with the possibility of extension based on performance. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The pay rate ranges from $15 to $16.50 per hour, depending on experience.
