Hiring School Campus Security Officers! Full time positions open availability a must. $18.00 / hour.
This position is responsible for conduct armed and / or unarmed foot and / or vehicle patrol (interior and / or exterior). Additional duties include : control access and egress; monitor CCTV and alarm systems; compose reports; deter criminal activity and misconduct.

- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
- Working environments and conditions may vary by client site
- Maintain proficiency
- Ensures the facility is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property
- Builds, improves and maintains effective relationships with both client employees and guests
- Greets guests and employees in a cheerful and welcoming manner
- Answers questions and assists guests and employees
- Patrols the facility on foot or in a vehicle
- Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits
- Answers phones
- Monitors closed circuit television systems and alarms
- Reports safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing
- Handles security issues or emergency situations appropriately
- Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
- Preserves order and acts to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises
- Sound alarms or calls police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized person(s)
- Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles
- Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post
- Fully embraces security / safety training programs to enhance their ability to advance in their careers
- Participates in industry specific security / safety training programs to offer our clients the best trained officers at their sites
- Maintains awareness and familiarity with the site-specific operations performance manual and post orders
- Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensures that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
- Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
- Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management
- Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post order
- Must be able to work various shifts and weekends, as dictated by the operational needs of the team
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines

- Current state driver's license, clean driving record (no points in prior 3 years), minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle required
