Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Middle Market Account Executives in prospecting and closing new business
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback to ensure team success
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role
Proven success leading and coaching inside sales teams in Financial Services, Fintech, SaaS, or a related industry
Data-driven mindset with experience using sales analytics and CRM tools
Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
