Customer Service & Eligibility Specialist
Full-time position for a Customer Service & Eligibility Specialist in Hawaii only . The position is the first to interact with customers, tasks, all of which involve supporting the company's operations and products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Communicate with insured clients or providers to obtain information to update account or change beneficiary, amount of coverage or type of insurance, payment options.
- Identify and document the needs of the customer utilizing software and following procedure.
- Resolve customer issues by following policies and procedures or explaining the process to the customer.
- Process and record new insurance policies and make modifications to existing policies or claims.
- Invoices policies and records and maintains all customers payment records.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Manager. Education and Experience :
Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred. Call Center and Insurance background or experience is preferred.
