Accounting Clerk

Our client in the DFW area is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their Accounting Team!

The Accounting Clerk will have experience in the following .

Duties and responsibilities :

Manage and process full cycle AP and AR transactions

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments

Prepare and send customer invoices, and record incoming payments

Reconcile transactions and assist with month-end closing activities

Maintain accurate record and filing systems for financial documents

Respond to vendor and customer inquiries related to billing and payments

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) is preferred
