Compensation : $40,000 base + strong bonus potential

Accountants One is a 51-year-old recruiting and staffing firm dedicated exclusively to Accounting and Finance professionals. Our Professional Services Division is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an Accounting Talent Coordinator to join our high-performing, people-first team.

This role is 100% virtual, but you'll be working closely with our Atlanta-based leadership and a national network of consultants, clients, and candidates. There will be LOTS of time on the phone!

About the Role

As our Accounting Talent Coordinator, you will play a critical part in identifying, evaluating, and building relationships with fractional Bookkeepers and Controllers across the U.S. You'll be responsible for curating a top-tier pipeline of accounting talent to meet the flexible staffing needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual interviews with Bookkeepers and Controllers to assess technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit.
• Create compelling value statements and summaries to represent talent to our clients.
• Perform reference checks to validate experience and performance.
• Maintain an up-to-date, organized list of available talent across the country.
• Collaborate with the Director of Professional Services to match talent with project-based and fractional roles.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout every interaction.
