Health Advocate Call Coordinator

A company is looking for a Health Advocate - Call Coordinator, Healthy Outcomes Team (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound calls to Medicare members to promote health services and screenings

Act as an advocate for members, coordinating care between health plans, doctors, and pharmacies

Document and track member interactions and outcomes, ensuring exceptional service and support

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D

Proficient in Windows-based applications and corporate software

Experience in healthcare settings with direct communication with medical providers

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated empathy and ability to de-escalate situations
