Compliance Coordinator

The Compliance Coordinator supports the Director of Compliance and Risk Management. The position is primarily responsible for reviewing and performing compliance and regulatory requirements on individual licensing / appointments, certificate of insurance, third-party notaries, and data privacy requests. Additional duties may include, but not be limited to, participating in assisting / processing consumer complaints, claims, and special projects for the Legal / Compliance Department.

Your Responsibilities on the Team :

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation (license, insurance certificate, etc.).
• Responsible for handling compliance privacy by collecting and coordinating privacy data requests.
• Serve as the primary liaison between third-party notaries (Vendors) and internal teams (compliance, legal, operations, etc.). Ensure Vendors are fully onboarded with portal access, tools, and expectations.
• Maintain accurate associate and Vendor records, continuing education, agreements, and compliance status.
• Assist in monitoring risk protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Conduct compliance reviews / audits of documentation, licensing, Vendors, insurance, or other special projects ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and state regulations. Assist in processing claims and consumer complaints.
• Support internal teams by providing training and resources.
• Help evolve and update compliance standards.
• Performing other compliance-related tasks or special projects as directed by the Director of Compliance and Risk Management and General Counsel.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits :

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $69,332.76 - $82,259, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor / living, etc.), and operational considerations. This position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions. This position will be eligible for the described benefits listed in the above section in accordance with Company Policy.
