Receptionist

Answers, screens and transfers calls. Greets, welcomes and directs visitors. Utilizes computer systems for communication and checking in patients. Answers inquiries and obtains information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties. Provides information regarding activities conducted at establishment, location of service areas, offices, and colleagues within organization. Follows procedures related to security and telecommunications systems.
