Compensation & Earning Potential
Base Hourly Rate : $48 - $60 (based on pediatric experience)
Hours : Flexible, Part-time

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in helping children reach their full potential through therapeutic interventions and activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities.Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.Provide supervision and guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in their delivery of therapy services.Develop and oversee treatment plans for SLPAs, ensuring they align with goals and objectives.Monitor and evaluate the progress of receiving therapy services from SLPAs, providing feedback and guidance as needed.Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language disorders.Regularly communicate with parents and caregivers, providing updates on therapy progress and strategies for home reinforcement.Maintain accurate and organized records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.Utilize evidence-based techniques and interventions to improve students' speech, language, and social communication skills.Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, paraprofessionals, and other professionals to support clients' overall development.About Whole Child Therapy

Minimum Pediatric Experience : 1 year (Preferred)License / Certification :
