Job description

A company is looking for a Renewals Lead to manage customer renewals and contract processes.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full renewal lifecycle from initial outreach to final contract execution

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding renewals and contracts

Oversee contract management, ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in renewals, account management, or contracts

Strong background in account management with relationship-building skills

Knowledge of contract management processes and pricing strategies

Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams

Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems such as Hubspot and NetSuite
