Responsibilities :
- Learn and support marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and client engagement Assist in team management, coaching, and motivating entry-level staff Participate in event planning, outreach campaigns, and community engagement Track team performance, provide feedback, and support operational efficiency Attend training workshops to develop leadership, communication, and management skills Qualifications : Ambitious, coachable, and eager to grow into a leadership role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
