You’ll coach team members, manage event operations, and represent nonprofit partners at community events and live activations.

Train, mentor, and support team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals.
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, retail promotions, and fundraising activations .
Oversee event logistics including scheduling, staffing, setup, and on-site management.
Track performance metrics and provide constructive coaching and feedback .
Participate in leadership development programs , team workshops, and management training.

High school diploma or GED required; college degree (Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Communications) a plus.
Experience in retail, sales, customer service, or events helpful but not required.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership potential .
Ambitious, coachable, and eager to grow into a management role .
Passionate about nonprofit work, fundraising, and social impact initiatives . 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
