Deck Designer (Sales Role)

Statewide (based out of Indiana or Michigan)

Full-Time | In-Home Consultations | Travel Required

Seeking $4,000,000 Deck Designers :

At Green Shield Deck Builders, we’re redefining what premium deck sales looks like. As a Deck Designer , you’ll meet directly with homeowners to assess, design, and sell the outdoor space of their dreams—backed by elite craftsmanship, in-house crews, and a lifetime warranty.

You won’t be waiting for leads, stuck behind a desk, or managing long sales cycles. You’ll get pre-qualified, scheduled appointments with clients who are ready to buy. Your job is to bring clarity, design brilliance, and deal-closing energy—all in one visit.

Compensation

Earn industry leading commissions on large ticket home improvements.

A draw against commissions up to $100,000 is available for seasoned sales representatives.

Top performers (20% of Green Shield's existing team) write over $5,000,000 in annual deck contracts.
