Executive Sales
This is a remote position.
Summary : I am looking for a few highly skilled and sophisticated sales leaders to manage "Make A Deal Meetings" where we propose partnership terms, negotiate terms and close deals with high-producing and established real estate businesses and small service-based businesses, over Zoom Meetings.
Our successful candidates will represent Fusion in these negotiations with individuals who have already been through an "Explanation of Investment" who have self-identified as someone who would like to have our investment IF we can arrange the financial terms in such a way that it will fit into their business. The goal is to help the person make a decision in that meeting at terms that are agreeable to our firm and execute the agreement. The meetings last between 1 and 3 hours and we will arrange 2 to 4 meetings per day. Our current closing ratio is just under 50% when the prospect shows for the meeting.

Job Description : Our Sales Leader is a closer and a negotiator. We generate business from cold calls and set up meetings for our Partnership Development Executives to walk them through a VERY DETAIL explanation of our business model and how we invest into these small business operations.
At the end of the Investment presentation our Executives pose two primary questions :
1. Does the Prospect "love" the business model concept?
And
2. Does the Prospect believe that over time that if we provide all the services we covered consistently over months, would their business significantly improve?
Only if a prospect answers affirmatively to both questions will the meeting continue. IF the answers are yes, we then explain our "Make A Deal" meeting process. The "Make A Deal Meeting" is basically a meeting where both parties come together in one meeting to try and figure out agreeable terms to both parties and close the deal and execute the meeting ideally in one meeting. We start by proposing reasonable terms and a financial model for our investment of resources and then we are willing to improve pricing IF they are ready to move forward. To help lubricate the sales process, we offer a two-week rescission period and a guarantee of income growth of hundreds of thousands of dollars if they follow our program.

We have over 300 team members and are growing very quickly. We need more talent to enter untouched markets.
Fusion invests in companies through strategic revenue-sharing growth partnerships. Our investment resources include, but are not limited to, thousands of dollars of business building systems and processes and the staff to operate those business systems which are all provided as an investment into our partners' businesses. Fusion's income is primarily generated from a small share of the revenue generated by our partner's businesses. Our company is looking to hire additional Partnership Development Executives to support our rapidly growing volume of new partnership investments.
Desired Candidate Attributes : We are looking for individuals who are of the highest negotiation and closing skill level possible. We have a great position for those who love to close sales and enjoy the satisfaction of accomplishing the desired goal. However, we are selling a relationship, not a product and therefore our candidate(s) must not embellish in any way, or mislead in any way, create expectations that will not be realized, because this will create service and investment scenarios that will hurt our company's reputation and brand.
Our sales process has already been engineered and the closing ratio is high, BUT it takes finesse and requires awareness of the nuances of prospects emotional decision-making processes.
We want professionals who have the highest level of closing skill for true sales professionals, but we do not want "know it all's" who are not coachable or not willing to learn our playbook. Our individuals must be willing to be team players.
We want individuals who have business savvy and acumen, extensive experience in closing sales with a short sales cycle. We are looking for individuals who we can rely on. They do what they say they will do every time.
