Day to Day :
o Review equipment alerts
o Act on alerts with Technical Lead, CORE Manager, Fleet Manager, and customers
o Provide comments on actions
o Cross-reference digital tools while troubleshooting
Communicate noted issues to customers through the Salesforce platform

Required Skills & Experience
Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, accurately interpret ideas, information, needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
