Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a team of digital project managers to ensure project success

Oversee the intake, prioritization, and execution of the digital project portfolio

Establish and enforce standardized project management methodologies and frameworks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Proven experience leading a Project Management Office (PMO) or project management team

Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Strong financial acumen in project budgeting and financial reporting

Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
