Assistant Director of Nursing

Centerville Health and Rehab, part of The Pavilion family, is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities

Support the Director of Nursing in managing daily nursing operations.

Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Assist with staff scheduling, education, and performance management.

Maintain compliance with DOH, CMS, and state / federal regulations.

Participate in quality improvement and infection control programs.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident outcomes.

Step in for the DON as needed to ensure consistent leadership coverage.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio (required).

Prior experience as an ADON, Unit Manager, or Nursing Supervisor in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Strong knowledge of PDPM, MDS process, and long-term care regulations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
