What You’ll Do as ADON :

Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations and care delivery

Mentor and develop nursing staff, fostering teamwork, inclusion, and accountability

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and nursing best practices

Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor resident care outcomes

Manage onboarding, education, and performance evaluations for nursing staff

Build strong communication channels with staff, residents, and families

Support recruitment and retention efforts to build a high-performing team

What You’ll Bring :

Active RN license in the State of Indiana (required)

At least 2 years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care

Excellent clinical judgment and a thorough understanding of nursing regulations

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
