Temp Biomed Electronics Technician, Repair

The temp Biomed Electronics Technician is responsible for effectively and efficiently completing configuration as needed in their respective departments of Patient Monitoring and Neurology.

Essential Functions and Main Duties

• Assume responsibility for the timely and accurate repair of defective or damaged products for some Nihon Kohden product lines
• Configuration of loaner or replacement equipment
• Document all investigation results and repair requirements
• Stay technically current with all Nihon Kohden products lines
• Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships communication and coordination with Company personnel and management
• Perform weekly cycle counts and inventory audits
• Assists in development of device specific training modules
• Keep management informed of area activities and any problems that may arise
• Attend and participate in meetings as required
• Works effectively in a team environment. Respects diversity and resolves differences respectfully
• Adhere to all company policies procedures and business ethics codes
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business need

The anticipated range for this position is $20.00 / hr to $24.00 / hr. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors including but not limited to skills education experience and location.

Working Conditions

Schedule : The regular hours for this full-time position are 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. MondayFriday unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday weekend and evening work hours may be required. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or department and are subject to change at any time at the Companys discretion.

Physical : Generally may require some reaching bending stooping squatting crawling kneeling pushing pulling lifting carrying up to 50 pounds finger dexterity repetitive motions standing walking sitting hearing visual acuity and color vision. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.
