Job Description :

We are looking for a Quality Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team in Canoga Park, CA. This role will provide essential Quality Engineering support throughout the lifecycle of assigned programs, from design and development to production, testing, and supplier collaboration.

Essential Functions :

• Utilize your engineering expertise to ensure that customer requirements are met and that hardware complies with specifications, effectively managing and communicating deviations and non-conformances.
• Engage in continuous improvement teams, applying six sigma tools and zero defects quality principles to enhance processes, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
• Drive both corrective and preventative actions internally and with suppliers, managing the corrective action board for effective problem resolution.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer quality requirements to ensure compliance, and engage in design reviews to identify inspectability and producibility issues.
• Participate in the Material Review Board, managing the segregation and control of nonconforming hardware and facilitating board meetings to implement disposition decisions.

The salary range for this role is $82,500 - $153,000, influenced by factors such as experience and location.
