Job descriptionAssisting residents with activities of daily living Performing light housekeeping tasks Providing dining and tray services Escorting residents as needed Measuring and recording vital signs and weights Completing care-related tasks as assigned Participating in quality assessment and performance improvement activities Notifying the care team of any changes in resident conditions Must possess current state certification as a CNA or LNA Prior experience with geriatric clients is preferred A high school diploma or GED is preferred Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required First Aid certification is required; candidates must be willing and able to obtain this certification Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician / Certified Medication Aide certification are required where applicable Basic computer skills or the ability to learn
