Responsibilities
- Efficiently preparing stations to ensure a successful brunch / dinner service
- Maintaining cleanliness in addition to health and safety standards
- Ensure quality food comes out simultaneously with team members
- Performs inventory assessments and communicates to chef efficiently
- Maintains a positive and professional approach with colleagues
