About Us

The House Attendant keeps public areas sparkling, helps guests with a smile, sets up fun events, and supports the housekeeping team. This role needs detail-oriented folks who can handle physical tasks and provide top-notch service.

KEY SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sanitation and Cleanliness : Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment. Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture.
• Guest Service & Communication : Be quick to respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Exhibit great customer service skills.
• Teamwork : Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events.
• Safety and Compliance : Safeguard sensitive areas and handle lost-and-found items.  Practice safe work habits to avoid possible injuries.

With the Metro Public Transporatation bus station in front of our business, getting to work has never been so easy. If driving into work we have free, on property, parking for all employees.
