About the Role Are you passionate about helping people understand technology and get the most out of it?
We’re looking for an Enablement Specialist to bridge the gap between our products and the people who use them — creating clear, accessible documentation and delivering engaging training experiences that empower both internal teams and customers.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other subject-matter experts to bring our products to life through learning and enablement.
You’ll help ensure users don’t just adopt our products — they become advocates for them.
This is a remote, work from home opportunity, however, any applicants based in the St.
Louis, MO area would have access to our headquarters office space.
What You’ll Do Documentation Develop and maintain product documentation including user guides, release notes, FAQs, whitepapers, and knowledge base content.
Partner with internal teams to gather technical information and translate it into simple, accurate language.
Feed, structure, and validate product and knowledge data to support AI-driven systems and chat interfaces, enabling accurate and effective delivery of product information.
Maintain consistent style and standards across all documentation.
Continuously improve materials based on user feedback and support data.
Training & Enablement Design and deliver training programs (live, virtual, and self-paced) for internal teams, customers, and partners.
Create learning materials such as slide decks, videos, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
Lead onboarding sessions and workshops that help users confidently adopt new features.
Evaluate training effectiveness and refresh content based on learner feedback and evolving needs.
Collaboration & Impact Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on messaging and priorities.
Help shape how we communicate complex information and ensure that all enablement content supports a great user experience.
What You Bring 3+ years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or training delivery — ideally in SaaS or healthcare IT environments.
Proven ability to make complex ideas simple and engaging.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using documentation and learning tools such as MadCap Flare, Articulate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Education, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with Digital Adoption Platform tools such as User Guiding , Gainsight, Pendo.
