John and his staff all are required to pass state mandated security background checks as well as hold certifications for scopes of access control, fire, and total life safety / security. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Alarm and / or Fire Sprinkler Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience in fire protection sales , with expertise in either fire alarm fire sprinkler , or both. A strong background in estimating, prospecting, and closing deals is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Estimate and bid on new opportunities for fire alarm and / or fire sprinkler services (service, inspections, tenant improvements, and / or new construction).
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive new and recurring business.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present professional proposals to clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
• Track sales activities and manage pipeline using Salesforce CRM and other prospecting tools.
