Shift : MondayFriday days with potential weekend rotation and on call

Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Hospice Home Health RN for a contract assignment in Auburn, ME. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical knowledge, hospice expertise, and the ability to support patients and families with dignity and compassion. This position includes weekday coverage with rotating weekends and on call.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver skilled hospice care in patient homes

Assess and manage patient symptoms and needs

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams

Provide emotional and educational support to families

Maintain timely documentation using Homecare Homebase

Qualifications : Active ME RN license

Minimum 2 years of overall RN experience

At least 1 year of hospice home health experience required

Current BLS certification

Proficient in Homecare Homebase EMR

Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
