For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to$10,000 Sign-on bonus for all eligibleRegistered Nurses with1-2years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2years of experience!

o Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

o Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

~ 40 Hours / week, Day shift ~

Home Care Position Highlights :

• Follow patient cases from start to finish
• Have the ability to work closely with patients and families, building better relationships
• Ability to give your full, undivided attention to each patient
• Have the ability to educate patients and family members about care, treatment & diagnosis in a much more in-depth manner
• Weekend scheduling - Every 4

weekend rotation!

Summary :

The Registered Nurse - Home Care role provides patient-family centered quality care through assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of the effects of nursing care. Services may be provided on an outpatient, and / or community basis.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.

License / Certifications : Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Valid Driver's License to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy required.

Experience : Minimum of one-year relevant experience, acute pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred.
