Job Summary :
The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and facilitating services between clients, customers and the organization. This role ensures smooth service delivery, effective communication, and coordination among internal teams, external partners, and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, customers regarding services.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, or service deliveries.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all services provided.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor service quality and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
Assist in the development and implementation of service plans or programs.
Prepare reports, updates, and summaries for management or stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems).

Requirements
