Summary :

As a Senior Graphic Designer on our Marketing team, you will contribute to driving our visual brand identity and creating impactful marketing materials across various channels. You will work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director and B2B Marketing Director to translate strategic goals into compelling design solutions that resonate with our target audience. This is an opportunity for a passionate and proactive designer to

make a significant impression on our brand and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and execution of high-quality marketing
• materials for various marketing initiatives, including print collateral (brochures, presentations, ads, packaging, etc.), digital collateral (website assets, email, and social media),
• as well as simple photo and video edits.
• Collaborate with marketing team members to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Translate marketing strategies into visually appealing and compelling design concepts. Bringing an experimenting mindset to the table.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design materials, including preparation of production-ready files for all mediums, including digital and print
• Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management, and delegate tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Evaluate and improve asset management practices to scale with company growth
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Provide art direction for on-site photo and video shoots, ensuring all visual assets align with our brand and creative vision.
• Provide feedback, support, and mentorship to other designers
• Stay up-to-date with visual research, industry trends, and best practices, and understand how, if at all, to incorporate them into our brand strategy.
