Grounds And Facility Maintenance Technician

The technician will manage various facility maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical and HVAC troubleshooting. 1st shift, Monday-Friday Hours : 8am-4pm Pay : $21-$27 (Based on experience) Candidates should have the following experience to be considered : Basic Carpentry / Drywalling Skills Solid foundational experience in woodworking and drywalling. No specialty requiredjust dependable, practical skills and a good work ethic. OR Plumbing Knowledge Familiarity with restroom setups, water lines, and sanitary lines. Experience working with copper and plastic piping is a plus.

Responsibilities Perform general facility maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, carpet, painting, and masonry repairs. Conduct preventative maintenance activities, such as changing HVAC filters, replacing batteries, and changing air filters. Participate in building and grounds cleanliness, including snow / ice removal and debris cleanup. Move furniture, cubicles, and equipment as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications High School diploma or GED. 1-3 years or more experience in maintenance or construction. Valid driver's license.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
