Job descriptionBachelor's degree in the Human Services field required. Requires at least two years' experience working with children. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must pass pre-employment background checks, drug screen, reference checks, and fingerprinting.
Job Responsibilities :
- Makes regular home visits and reviews foster parent logs on foster children.
- Assists in the process of recruiting and licensing new foster families.
- Assists foster parents in accessing resources throughout the community to meet foster child needs.
- Prepares monthly reports that document current behavior on each child in assigned homes.
- Facilitates support meetings and other activities for foster families regularly.
