Construction Superintendent- Multifamily

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead multifamily residential projects in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to address and resolve issues.
• Monitor and report on project performance, schedules, and costs.
