Job Description

Manage daily site operations for healthcare construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant job site. Oversee quality control and ensure work meets specifications. Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders. Lead site meetings and maintain accurate documentation. Support logistics and material coordination. Ensure timely resolution of field issues and maintain project momentum.

The Successful Applicant

5-10 years of experience in commercial construction. Proven experience on healthcare projects (renovations and ground-up). Strong leadership and communication skills. Background with large general contractors preferred. Ability to manage complex, fast-paced job sites.
