What You'll Do :

Execute targeted outbound campaigns to specific industries or leadership profiles. Initiate contact via multiple channels, focusing on building initial rapport and establishing credibility. Clearly articulate the specific problems Unblinded solves and the potential impact for the prospect. Qualify interest and secure commitments for introductory meetings, consultations, or exclusive events hosted by our senior team. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to refine outreach strategies. Participate actively in rigorous daily / weekly training sessions to master ethical influence and outreach techniques.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, strategic business development, or lead generation requiring research and targeted outreach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to personalize messages effectively. Demonstrated ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent activity levels. Strong research and analytical skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools. A strong desire for continuous learning and alignment with Unblinded's values (Integrity, Heart, Mastery, Impact).
