As a Maintenance Tech I, you will be responsible for making sure that our property always looks its best on the outside. Responsibilities :

Planting Approved Material

Repairing Damaged Turf Areas

Maintaining Existing Plant Beds

Building Entries & Exteriors / Hallways & Stair Casings

Parking Areas

Irrigation System

Monitoring Workmanship of Landscape

Swimming Pool

Daily Inspections

Preventative or Seasonal Maintenance - Assist Maintenance Level II and / or III co-worker or Maintenance Supervisor with one or more of the following functions :

Administrative

Communication

Safety
