Title : EV Programs MakeReady RebatesProject Manager

Description : The MakeReadyRebates Project Manager will support successful execution of theCompanys Business Charger Rebates and eFleet Charger Rebatesprograms under the Charging Forward umbrella.

That includesprocessing of rebate applications managing internal and externalcustomer relationships reporting and forecasting program metricsand performing analysis as requested.

Critical skills for the roleinclude relationship building working independently deliveringresults with little direction time management and followthrough.

Project and Relationship Managementand Coordination :

Process all rebate applications forBusiness and eFleet Charger Rebate projects.

Overseeproject management ensuring timely action items and deliverablesacross

multiple work pathways :

Externalapplicants responsible to submit all required documentationincluding consultation and guidance for successfuldeployments.

External electrical installers responsiblecharger installation.

External network providersqualified under our rebate programs ensuring charger activation onthe network.

Internal distribution operations colleagues(engineers and planners) for sites requiring upgrades.

Internal marketing and corporate communication teams to help ensuremarketing plans and communication channels meet customerneeds.

Stay current on EV program regulationscontracts / agreements electric utility rates and connecting customerprocesses providing consulting advice.

Business Analytics and Planning :

Support analysis of thestrategic operational and financial impacts of rebate applicationsmaking recommendations for approval or rejection.

Support with reporting on programrelated metrics and contribute tothe development of organizational scorecards. Help develop detailedfinancial forecasts for project budget planning.

Assistin setting annual forecasts and targets for makereadyrebates.

Special Analysis and ContinuousImprovement :

Lead special assignments and projects asneeded. Utilize continuous improvement tools to identify defectsand enhance processes.

Minimum Education& Experience Requirements :

This is a multitrack baserequirement job; education and experience requirements can besatisfied through one of the following three options :

Bachelors degree in Business Economics Marketing Engineering orrelated discipline and 3 years of marketing or related experience;or

Associates degree in Business Economics MarketingEngineering or related discipline and 5 years of marketing orrelated experience; or

High school diploma in BusinessEconomics Marketing Engineering or related discipline and 7 yearsof marketing or related experience.

Preferred

Bachelors Degree in business economics marketing or anengineeringrelated technical field

OtherRequirements

Project management skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively while demonstratingstrong analytical and facilitation skills.

Strongwritten and verbal communication skills with proven abilities tocohesively defend or justify recommendations.

Ability towork professionally with individuals at all levels of thecorporation and with outside.

Financial analysis andmodeling skills.
