Starting Salary : $40,000+ (based on experience)

Scooter's Coffee is one of the nation's fastest-growing coffeehouse brands, known for fast, friendly service and high-quality drinks. We're excited to be opening a brand-new location in Holly, MI, and we're looking for a motivated and energetic Store Manager to lead our team.

Position Overview :

As Store Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient processes, and a positive team culture. You'll recruit, train, and coach your team, manage scheduling, and drive store performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll set the tone for a fun, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Hire, train, and develop baristas and shift leads
• Manage schedules, payroll, and labor costs
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and store supplies
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
• Drive sales, monitor key performance metrics, and meet financial goals
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members
