Well established printing company in business for 20 years looking to add to our team! If you have strong clerical skills and experience with an office administration role this might just be the position for you. When clients walk into our office, you will be the first interaction they have. Along with being the first impression of our company, you will be overseeing the routine of the office working with the owner, the graphic design team and the installers.
Your daily routine will include checking emails and voicemail to respond to missed messages from clients, employees or Administrators. Greet Administrators upon their arrival, relay them their messages and review their schedule with them. Throughout the day you will answer phone calls, add appointments to calendars and receive customers in person. You will also be receiving packages, relabeling them and be in contact with the customer regarding pick up and payment. Managing accounts and performing basic bookkeeping throughout the day will also be part of your duties.
All in all, we are looking for someone with strong communication and organizational skills to add to the JZ family.
