Job description

ERP Systems Analyst - SAP / SQL Optimization Project - MUST HAVE SAP EXPERIENCE

Hourly Rate : $75-$105 / hr (based on experience)

Location : Hartford, CT (initial on-site phase, followed by remote flexibility)

Employment Type : Contract (Project-Based)

Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and refine SAP modules and SQL-driven reporting tools

Automate key data processes including inventory, pricing, and logistics inputs

Develop dashboards and KPIs across multiple production lines

Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, accounting, and operations teams

Translate business needs into technical documentation and specifications

Ensure data consistency, support forecasting, and assist with system integrations

Conduct on-site discovery and transition to remote execution once embedded

Ideal Background :

Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (FI, CO, MM, SD modules)

Advanced SQL capabilities, including converting SQL reports into SAP-compatible formats

Skilled in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Apps

Familiarity with Microsoft Access and financial data processes

Strong communicator with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams

Proven documentation and process mapping skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Background in food manufacturing or regulated industries

Experience supporting ERP systems post go-live

Comfortable leading working interviews and cross-functional collaboration

MUST HAVE SAP EXPERIENCE
