Present design concepts, layouts, finish options, and pricing to clients in a clear, professional manner. Prepare accurate measurements, quotes, and proposals. Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up. No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed. We are looking for coachable candidates. Growth mindset with willingness to complete paid sales training. Reliable access to motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. Closets by Design is hiring designers / sales representatives!
As a Closets by Design Designer, you can help others organize their home. You will enjoy the flexibility of working from home and also meet with customers at their homes, at pre-set appointments close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.
At Closets by Design, we specialize in creating custom organizational solutions that combine functionality, craftsmanship, and style. We are passionate about transforming spaces to make everyday living more organized and enjoyable, and we are seeking like-minded folks to join our team!
