Shine is a fast-growing, premium home-services company specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, landscape lighting, and holiday lighting. We operate three expanding locations : Cincinnati (HQ), Raleigh, and Indianapolis. We are looking for a highly organized, operations-driven leader to take over day-to-day execution across all markets.

Position Summary
The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for daily operations across all Shine locations. This role oversees scheduling, dispatch, fleet management, crew management, quality control, and job-day execution.
This person ensures :
- Crews leave on time
- Jobs are scheduled accurately
- Equipment and vehicles are ready
- Customers receive high-quality service
- Operations run smoothly without owner involvement
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Dispatch
Own the 7-day master schedule for all locationsAssign crews based on skills, locations, and job requirementsOversee daily dispatch and ensure crews leave preparedManage customer reminders, arrival windows, and reschedulesPrioritize Shine+ and high-value customersCrew Management
Lead daily morning operations across locationsEnsure crews have equipment, notes, and job detailsHold crews accountable to Shine standardsManage timesheets, performance, and training needsRun weekly operations meetingFleet & Equipment
Oversee vehicles, trailers, ladders, and tools in all marketsCoordinate repairs, maintenance, and winterizationTrack equipment issues and manage downed vehiclesMaintain inventory of pressure washing, window cleaning, and lighting equipmentQuality Control
Review job photos and notes dailyConduct weekly in-person or remote job auditsReduce callbacks and ensure customer satisfactionSupport crew leads with coaching & feedbackDaily Operations
Solve day-of issues (weather, water access, equipment problems)Communicate with customers for any escalationsProvide end-of-day recap to the ownerMaintain strong alignment with Sales and Ops teamsSystems, Processes & Organization
Maintain SOPs for all operational functionsEnsure consistent use of HouseCall Pro, Podium, Typeform, and Shine systemsImprove workflow efficiency and job accuracySupport integration of ShineGPT toolsQualifications
3+ years of operations or team leadership experience (home services preferred)Strong scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or field operations backgroundExperience managing technicians or crewsComfortable with technology and systems (HouseCall Pro experience a plus)Strong communicator who handles pressure wellHighly organized problem-solver with leadership maturityClean driving recordWhat Success Looks Like
