- Bachelor's degree or higher and five years structural field claims experience, at least three years of which must be in personal insurance property claims handling
- Instead of the above, two years of post-secondary education and seven years or more of structural field claims experience, three years of which must be in personal insurance property claims handling
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of nine years structural field claims experience, three years of which must be in personal insurance property claims handling
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance in compliance with Progressive's driving standards and / or policies
- $80,000 - $90,000 / year based on experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
