We are seeking an Associate Director, Business Development Digital Assets to support the growth of its digital funds platform by engaging institutional clients and partners. The role will involve supporting business development initiatives, cultivating relationships with potential institutional partners, and helping to execute strategic go-to-market efforts.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial services or payments, a demonstrated interest in blockchain-based innovation, and excellent client engagement and project coordination skills.

Success in this role would be achieved by :

• Assist in identifying and developing relationships with institutional clients such as banks, fintechs, and payment platforms.
• Support the execution of targeted business development plans aimed at driving adoption of digital funds and tokenized assets.
• Participate in client and partner meetings, helping to present WisdomTree's digital asset capabilities and value proposition.
• Work alongside senior team members to support negotiations and partnership structuring for tokenized asset solutions across payment, collateral, and liquidity use cases.
• Educate prospective clients and partners on blockchain and tokenization trends and their relevance to existing financial workflows.
• Stay informed on blockchain developments in financial services, including tokenized money movement, collateral management, and securities financing.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and provide insights to the broader team.
• Contribute to internal discussions with synthesized intelligence on emerging trends, client needs, and market developments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, legal, compliance, and operations to support onboarding of institutional partners.
• Help coordinate implementation of new partnerships, including documentation, workflows, and internal stakeholder alignment.
• Support product and strategy teams with client feedback and observations from market outreach.

$125,000 - $140,000 a year

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 $140,000. In addition, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as location, role, company, department, experience and individual performance.
