Summary :

The primary purpose of the Manufacturing Engineer, Sr. I & Sr. II, is to contribute technical manufacturing, project management skills, and process excellence thinking to our Operations and New Product Introduction teams. This role involves collaboration with external and internal customers, leading projects that improve manufacturing methods, designs, and documentation to enhance efficiency, reliability, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness of our product lines.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Apply advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve problems, documenting results.
• Support the operations team directly.
• Lead new projects from development through delivery, focusing on long-term cost, quality, and delivery.
• Support qualification and validation activities for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Design and implement robust production processes ensuring they meet business needs.
• Develop work instructions and documentation for training and maintaining manufacturing proficiency.
