Job Summary

The Technical Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the CRO. This position ensures effective communication, coordination, and execution of executive priorities while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail across all business activities.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive / CRO
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
• Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
• Back up executive emails for responses and accountability.
• Support with reports based on data sets coming from conferences, workshops meetings.
• Proposal creation, procedure writing, SOPs.
• Expedite actions from weekly meetings and document control.
• Business analyst duties and responsibilities.
• Events planning (office parties, conferences, etc.)
• Schedules and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
• Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and / or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
• Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
