Job Purpose
The Treasury Management Operation Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing the internal onboarding process for new Treasury Management clients. This role is primarily internal-facing and ensures all documentation, system setup, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time. The position provides essential operational support to enable a seamless client experience but does not conduct client-facing training or travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new Treasury Management clients.
- Ensures excellent service and timely follow-up while interfacing with clients via phone, virtually, and in person.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, deposit operations, and IT to gather documentation and complete account setups.
- Ensure Treasury Management products and services are implemented correctly and within established timelines.
- Serve as subject matter resource for onboarding procedures, compliance requirements, and system processes.
- Assist with RDC and ACH maintenance and annual renewals.
- Promote and support the adoption of additional digital banking products and services, providing guidance and education to enhance client engagement and usage.
- Conduct client training sessions on new services and provide ongoing education as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.
- Identify process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Works collaboratively with the treasury management team performing daily department tasks such as account and system maintenance, maintaining and developing procedures, and project-related assignments.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, and use hands to operate a computer and telephone. The employee must be able to communicate clearly, both in person and over the phone. Occasional travel between branches or to client sites may be required. The employee must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds on occasion. Regular, reliable attendance is essential.

Education / Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field preferred.2+ years of banking, operations, or treasury management experience required.Demonstrated ability to manage projects, timelines, and client communication.Related experience may be substituted for education.
