Join Our Memphis Team as a Multimedia Specialist!

We’re looking for a Multimedia Specialist with strong video production and editing skills to bring stories to life through video, design, and content creation. If you thrive on creativity, storytelling, and data-driven strategy, this role is for you.

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay Range : $28–$29 / hour

Travel : ~20% (visiting branches for video, photography, and interviews)

Location : Office-based, with your own creative workspace

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow our brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Film and edit original video content, including customer interviews, employee spotlights, and branch features.
• Create engaging video-first content, reels, and carousels tailored to each platform.
• Interview customers and employees, turning their stories into compelling, informative videos.
• Capture raw footage and photography at different branches (travel required).
• Produce content for our website and LMS, including employee highlights and recognition features.
• Edit and refine content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (required).
• Write keyword-rich captions that are both creative and algorithm-friendly.
• Analyze social performance data and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and platform updates.
• Work independently while collaborating with the Marketing Specialist and Marketing Director.
